Our Lawyers

       Blake A. Dickson graduated from Duke University with a BA in religion. He then graduated from the Case Western Reserve University School of Law. He belongs to the American Bar Association, the Ohio State Bar Association, the Association of Trial Lawyers of America, the Ohio Academy of Trial Lawyers, the Cleveland Academy of Trial Lawyers and the Justinian Forum, (a group of Italian American Attorneys). Mr. Dickson handles cases involving serious injury and wrongful death in both State and Federal Courts throughout Ohio, including cases involving: nursing home neglect and abuse, medical malpractice, auto mobile accidents, legal malpractice, complex litigation, class actions, prescription drug cases, inadequate security, product liability and cases involving disputes about insurance coverage. Mr. Dickson just finished an Amicus Curiae Brief with attorney Paul Flowers for the Ohio Academy of Trial Lawyers which Brief was filed with the Ohio Supreme Court on the issue of political subdivision immunity for nursing homes. Mr. Dickson has given Continuing Legal Education presentations to the Ohio Academy of Trial Lawyers and to the Cleveland Academy of Trial lawyers.

William Campbell

       William P. Campbell graduated from Bethany College with a BA in accounting and then from the University of Dayton School of Law. He is a member of the Ohio State Bar Association, the Association of Trial Lawyers of America and the Ohio Academy of Trial Lawyers. Mr.Campbell handles cases involving serious injury and wrongful death in both State and Federal Courts throughout Ohio, including cases involving: nursing home negligence and abuse, automobile accidents, medical malpractice, premises liability, workplace injuries, prescription drug cases, inadequate security, product liability and cases involving disputes about insurance coverage.
